The effort put into teaching the children balance, co-ordination, forward/backward rolls, cartwheels etc is equalled by the level of creativity and happiness present in every minute of every session. To say that my daughter and I love going to this group is such an understatement."

"The sessions are based around a different theme each week, so there is no chance of them becoming repetitive. The equipment lay out changes and props and other equipment is added to support the theme. The sessions are very comprehensive and really good fun. She now attends two sessions a week and would go more often if she could!"
